Bits & Spurs Saddle Club
The Bit & Spurs Saddle Club was founded in Hamel about 35 years ago, to learn from each other as a group with their horses. The club consists of about 50 families from areas as far away as Wisconsin, but who live primarily in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.
The club is a member of the National Saddle Club Association (NSCA), as well as the Western Saddle Club Association (WSCA). During the season, the club hosts several closed shows (for members only). This is a great opportunity for families who are new to horses to learn from others, have fun riding, and meet new friends.
If anyone is interested in joining, or for more information, call Jordan Kurtz at (320) 291-6383 or visit http://www.bsscomoksee.webs.com.
